Custom products, including car covers, car accessories, boat covers, bimini tops and RV covers, are generally nonreturnable, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If there is a problem with your custom or special order product, Coverquest.com will make every effort to insure you are completely satisfied with the product that you received.
Styled-to-fit boat covers, RV covers, and ready-fit car covers are returnable within 30 days after purchase for a refund, less restocking fee. These covers should be clean and unused. Please call 1-888-726-9300 for a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

The warranty periods for Acrylic Sunbrella®, WeatherShield HD, and Noah Car Covers is: 5 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty periods for WeatherShield HP, Technalon, Form-Fit Indoor, Ultratect, and Dustop are: 4 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty period for Block-IT® 380 Series Car Covers and Reflectect Car Covers is: 3 Full years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty period for Multibond Block-IT® 200 Car Covers is: 2 years dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
The warranty periods for Tan Flannel or Poly-Cotton Car Covers are: 90 days dated from the original purchase date. This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover.
All Carver products are guaranteed to be free of defects upon delivery. If a defect is detected within 12 months of date of purchase, Carver Industries will repair or replace (at its discretion) the product free of charge. If a defect is detected after 12 months and up to 36 months from date of purchase for three-year warranties, and up to 60 months from date of purchase for five-year warranties, Carver will (at its discretion) repair the defect on a time and material cost basis or replace the product on a pro-rated basis. The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, stains from environmental pollution and/or standing water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accident or misuse. The boat cover, PWC cover or bimini top must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. Warrantee lengths are determined by the grade of material ordered. Please see the material chart below.
Westland Industries warrants, to the original purchaser, that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods listed below:
2 year warranty
6 month free replacement, 7-12 months 60% off of the purchase price, 13-18 months 40% off invoice purchase price, and 19-24 months 20% off invoice purchase price.
5 year warranty
12 month free replacement, 13-20 months 60% off invoice purchase price, 21-30 months 40% off invoice purchase price, 31-50 months 30% off invoice purchase price, and 51-60 months 20% off invoice purchase price.
7 year warranty
24 month free replacement, 25-36 months 60% off invoice purchase price, 37-48 months 50% off invoice purchase price, 49-60 months 40% off invoice purchase price, and 61-72 months 30% off invoice purchase price.
7 year manufacturer warranty--10 year fabric warranty

Any Westland Industries cover proven defective will be repaired on a labors/materials basis or replaced on a prorated schedule dependent upon cover fabric (shown below) based on the retail price of the cover.
1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects applies to bimini frames.
90 day warranty covering manufacturer defects applies to all accessories.
Not covered under warranty is damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, improper installation or maintenance. Warranty is void if your product is contaminated with tree sap, improper chemicals, bleach, gasoline, oils, and other liquids not defined to be part of the normal cleaning procedure.
Additional items not covered include damage as a result of animals such as rodents, birds, pets, insects, etc. Product is also not covered if any damage is incurred as a result of coming into contact with sharp objects that would result in punctures or tears. Exposure to pollutants may also void warranty. Do not allow water, snow, or ice to pool on product as this will degrade the cover's water repellency and potentially cause mildew or premature leakage. Damage for pooled water may not be covered under this warranty. To prevent this from occurring, it is highly recommended that you install a Westland vented boat pole (#5007-5) or standard boat pole (5010AP) to raise the center of your cover so water, snow and ice run off and do not collect. The Westland vented boat pole will also prolong the life of your cover, as well as help protect your boat's interior from mildew.
2 year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects applies to PWC covers.
5 year warranty to the original purchaser, Covercraft warrants its products from defects in materials and workmanship, and against the fabric becoming unserviceable within the published warranty time during normal use. This limited warranty does not cover wear, soiling, fading, shrinkage, or stains from normal usage and care. The product must be properly secured, maintained, and utilized for the purpose for which it was intended. Covercraft maintains the exclusive right to repair or replace the product within the published warranty period.
When we say, "We Cover Your Gear," we're referring to our product warranties too. If you experience any defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period, we will gladly replace your product. Every Classic Accessories product is manufactured and tested to the strictest quality standards to ensure years of satisfaction. If you're not happy with something, please let us know.
If this product fails due to a defect in workmanship and materials within three years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Trailering or towing your RV with your RV Cover on will invalidate the warranty.
If this product fails due to a defect in workmanship and materials within two years from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This cover is for use only on pickup campers that are being stored off the truck. Driving your camper with your Camper Cover on it will invalidate this warranty. Trailering or towing your camper with your Folding Camping Trailer Cover on will invalidate the warranty.
