CUSTOM AND MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS- All custom and made to order products are returnable for manufacturer defect and fit problems only. We will not accept any custom or made to order cover return for any other reason. Defects and fit problems will be repaired as per the manufacturers warranty.
NON-CUSTOM ORDERS- All returns for refund that are not due to a product failure, will be refunded less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Product must be returned clean, unused, free of any defects and in it's original packaging. Returns due to product defect will be covered by the manufacturers full warranty.
All requests for return authorization for any reason other than warranty issues, must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.
All returns must first be issued a return authorization number. To get a return authorization number issued call our customer service department for assistance at 888-726-9300. The return authorization number must clearly be mark on the outside of the shipment. Returns without an R.A. number will be refused.
All returns must be shipped directly to the manufacturer, not to our address. Returns shipped to our address will be returned and will be charged for the additional shipping.
Returns must be shipped pre-paid; we cannot accept CODs. If we were in error, we will refund your actual ground shipping costs, not to exceed the original shipping fee. Overnight, 2nd Day or other premium shipping options are not reimbursable, so ship regular ground.
Refunds for products purchased by credit card, can only be refunded to the card used to place the order.
Please allow one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.
